We make every published article immediately and permanently free to everyone, everywhere. We publish peer review reports alongside accepted articles. Our editorial bylaws, policies, and governance are public. You can read everything we stand for before you submit a single word.

A peer-reviewed, open-access journal of psychological research
H0 Journal (H Null Journal) is dedicated to psychology and behavioral science research of the highest methodological rigor — including, and especially, research that yields null results. We evaluate manuscripts on the quality of their design and the integrity of their reporting. Not on whether the findings confirm a hypothesis.
Volume 1 is open and actively accepting submissions across all areas of psychology and behavioral science. Manuscripts are reviewed on a rolling basis — there are no submission deadlines.
What makes Neural Prosody different
Reviewers are paid.
Reviewers are paid. Every peer reviewer receives a flat fee of $150 USD per article reviewed, paid directly via PayPal. Peer review is skilled scholarly labor. We treat it that way.
Null results are published.
A well-designed study that finds no effect is a contribution to science. Publication bias distorts the literature. H0 Journal was built to correct that.
Human review. Always.
AI-assisted technologies play no role in evaluating manuscripts at Neural Prosody. Every decision is made by a qualified human scholar.
