What we collect: your name, email address, mobile phone number, and ZIP code, which you provide when you sign up.

How we use it: solely to coordinate movie outings  to text you yes/no movie prompts, send the plan, and email you calendar invites. ZIP codes are used only to pick a theater that's convenient for the group.

Text messaging: By signing up you consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from Movies With Simon. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help.

Sharing: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Information is only shared with the service providers (such as our SMS provider) strictly necessary to deliver the messages.
